Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes! Longer rentals automatically qualify for built-in discounts, and seasonal promotions may also be available:

— 3+ days – 5% off

— 7+ days – 10% off

— 15+ days – 15% off

— 30+ days – 20% off

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a $250 refundable deposit is required.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

— Florida sales tax (7.38%) is applied to all rentals.

How many miles are included with the rental?

— Daily rentals: 250 miles/day

— Weekly rentals: 1,750 miles included

— Monthly rentals: 3,000 miles included

— Unlimited mileage packages are available upon request

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Additional miles are billed at $0.25–$0.35 per mile, depending on vehicle class.

What are your standard business hours?

— Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

— Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-ups and returns are scheduled during business hours.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all deliveries and returns.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advance notice. After-hours service may include an additional fee.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

— Within 25 miles: $50 for rentals under a week, free for rentals 1 week or longer

— Over 25 miles: Available on a case-by-case basis

— Airport Delivery: Available with advanced notice

🚭 All vehicles are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes.

— Vehicles are equipped with EZ Pass devices.

— Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations.

— Toll invoices may take 30–60 days to process and will be billed with a $5 administrative fee.

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We provide every vehicle in spotless condition. Normal dust or light dirt is expected and does not incur a fee. Cleaning fees apply when a vehicle is returned excessively dirty:

— Moderate Cleaning – $50 (light dirt, sand, small spills, minor odors)

— Heavy Cleaning – $100 (strong odors, stains, bug debris)

— Beach Trips – $125 (sand removal and detail required)

— Severe Cleaning – $150+ (full detailing or steam cleaning for major spills/damage)

— Pet Hair Removal – $150

🐶 Please keep pets at home — rentals must remain fur-free.
🚭 Absolutely no smoking — sprays or cover-ups won’t work. If smoke is detected, the $200 fee applies.
